What we have to offer :

One On One: Individual sessions personalized to YOU where the coach will programme training sessions to achieve your goals.

Training Length : 60 minutes

SGT (small group training –  2-4 people):  Train with a friend or friends to achieve your goals in a competitive fun environment.

Classes: An environment that will leave you wanting more! Encouragement, Support, Inspiration & no egos.

ZUU: Primal functional body weight movements utilizing injury prevention, rehabilitation, full body mobilization, mobility & conditioning in a low impact scene.

ANKORR: The worlds first “Animate Load Harness”. It’s unique design allows the “anchor points” to move through 180 degrees of sagittal planes & 360 degrees of transverse planes.

PRIMAL STRENGTH: A cross training of ZUU & traditional weight training combined inside a ZUU environment. Building strength through range & maintaining a low impact environment.
