PRIMAL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING originally known as Tim Ball Strength & Conditioning, was founded in 2012. With experiencing the benefits of PRIMAL training styles to liberate the human body through strength and mobility, the name PRIMAL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING was a perfect fit.
How are we different?
Our Definition – Primal Strength & Conditioning is a program based on functional movements utilizing a variety of exercise styles performed at high intensity and is strength based making it adaptable and achievable for all levels of fitness. Functional movements – We focus on movement systems which utilize the whole body such as ZUU, ANKORR, Plyometrics, Olympic Weightlifting and Strength Training. We believe in full body mobilization which liberates the human body.
High intensity – top end conditioning varied by exercises, styles, systems and formats.
Regress To Progress – everyone has to start somewhere! It is our goal to progress you by breaking down barriers, building confidence, strength and sustainability
