OUR CLASSES :
A combination of all things Primal. Hybrid merges Strength, Conditioning, ZUU and HIIT training styles into one class.
Based on Primal functional movements, ZUU is a class that focuses on bodyweight movements to mobilize the entire body. By doing so we build raw strength and assist in injury prevention whilst getting a full-body workout.
A focus on building raw strength, balancing the body, gaining endurance and developing coordination. During class you will use a variety of strength equipment to you build a strong foundation.
Increase flexibility with a variety of stretching sequences and improve mobility with a aim of increasing range of motion!
