Being surrounded by the fitness industry from birth my passion for fitness & helping people is higher than ever before.
I have spent most of my life focusing on fitness and sport, from rugby to athletics. This only had me training harder, pushing continuously to gain strength & endlessly pushing my limits to better myself physically and mentally.
My biggest influence behind what I have become/where I am today is my mum – Tina Ball aka Yoda whose talents are truly one of a kind ranging from Equestrian, Body Sculpting, Aerobics, training under Windsor Pilates becoming the first women to compete for New Zealand at the Masters Games in Olympic Weighting where she went on to win 9 gold medals for her country & still holds NZ records to this day & now currently a NZ coach.
I pride myself on staying up-to-date with the latest in Strength & Conditioning through furthering my education, skill-set and training methodologies. This is vital for client development and effective up-to-date programming.
