You'll embark on weekly challenges, ensuring you remain motivated and on track. Our weekly check-ins will help monitor your progress and celebrate your accomplishments.

And because achieving your fitness goals is just as important outside the gym, we'll also provide you with welcome pack, including food guidance, outdoor group activites and challenges, access to our support group chat,  weekly check ins and also access to a local recovery facility 

As part of RECHARGE, you'll have the access to The Wellness Zone.
Located on Tara road (walking distance from Primal), The Wellness Zone is a "sanctuary of relaxation and recovery", offering services like infrared saunas and Ice baths.
Plus, their recovery room complete with NormaTex Compression Therapy, which each challenge participant will get access to once a week as part of the challenge.
