Based on Primal functional movements, ZUU is a class that focuses on bodyweight movements to mobilize the entire body. By doing so we build raw strength and assist in injury prevention whilst getting a full-body workout.

A focus on building raw strength, balancing the body, gaining endurance and developing coordination. During class you will use a variety of strength equipment to you build a strong foundation.


A chance for members to slow down and work on movement with control and awareness, as well as Conditioning, mobility, strength, mindfulness.
