Papamoa’s FUNctional strength and conditioning program designed specifically for kids ages 4 through 10. Experienced and passionate coaches lead fun and engaging fitness classes suitable for all abilities. We teach our kids life skills (including nutrition) and develop them by focusing on the age-appropriate ten general physical fitness skills (cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy) and instill confidence and a life long love of fitness.
Based on primal functional body weight movements giving kids a chance to build raw strength and get a strong understanding of how their body’s truly moves.
